3. Payment and Billing
Fees: Certain features of Hewto’s Services may require payment. You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of the Services, and you authorise Hewto to charge your chosen payment method. All payments are non-refundable, except as required by law or as otherwise stated in our Non-Refund Policy.
Billing Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information and to update such information as necessary. If your payment method fails, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Services until payment is received.
4. Termination
Termination by Hewto: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to the Services at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for any violation of these Terms.
Termination by You: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
Effect of Termination: Upon termination, all licenses granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease, and you must promptly discontinue all use of the Services.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hewto and its affiliates, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Services.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in India.
